When he’s not inspecting homes, Brad enjoys hockey, maintaining his saltwater reef aquarium, hanging with his dogs, and being with his family.
Brad’s Background
Brad served in the Army as a Combat Engineer, where he was stationed in Germany from 1989-1991. He is a Desert Storm veteran.
When he became a home inspector, he spent the first three years learning a lot about electrical, structure, and plumbing by doing high-risk insurance inspections for Founders Insurance. Next, he worked for a national inspection firm for five years doing home, relocation, and commercial inspection. He also spent six years working at Thornwood Homes as a project manager for a property management company. His daily tasks included overseeing three separate crews through the renovation and permit processes.

We know that walking some roofs is too dangerous. Therefore, we employ an aerial drone to capture a comprehensive image of your roof. From there, we can figure out what’s right – and wrong – with it.
Moisture Meter
If you’re uncertain if there’s an accumulation of moisture in your home, our moisture meter will relieve your uncertainty. It can also discover related mold accumulations.
